CHEF DE PARTIE

We are looking for a passionate Chef with a great eye for detail and someone who consistently takes pride in their work.
The candidate must be willing to progress within the team as well as being capable of working and carrying out tasks as an individual.
The capability of working under pressure during busy services, smoothly running their section with good communication skills.
To carry out all food preparation with fresh produce to a high standard.
To contribute fresh new ideas and help plan new menus with the team.
Excellent career progression to further roles within the kitchen.
High standards of Hygiene
Ability to deal with Stock rotation and deliveries
Compliance with food labelling and temperature controls
Day to day running of section
Delivering presentation required of food with the company standards
Maintaining constant cleaning of section
Food Safety and Hygiene level 2 qualification
Good knowledge of Allergen requirements
FSA certificate required not essential
